Birthday card using background from shaving cream through a stencil technique

All of those challenge backgrounds are coming in handy! This card is for my son-in-law. The background and sentiment are matted with green metallic card stock. The sentiment piece is mounted with foam tape. Inside I stamped a very old Rusty Pickle image of the head of a German shepherd dog wearing a birthday party hat. I colored just the hat with Tombow marker so this was fairly quick to make.
