Crerative Challenge -- Partial Stamping

I used a lot of my pre made backgrounds using this technique and it was hard to choose which one to make a card with! On this card I used Oxide inks and a water lift using a stnecil, but it did not turn out real well. But when I stamped the background swirls using Picked Raspberry Distress ink over it, I really liked it. So keep those bgs that you don't like because you never know when you can use them later. I fussy cut the Impression Obession bird. The saying is from Just For Fun.
