Christmas in July poinsettia 2

I followed a video by Therese Calvird for inspiration for this card, part of the Card Makers Summit.
I used the dies to emboss the top panel then spattered with gold, as suggested by Therese.
I watercolored paper in red and green and spattered both with gold before I die cut the poinsettia shapes.

Koi watercolors for poinsettia, spattered with Gansai Tambi yellow gold.

watercolor paper adhered to Neenah Natural White card base.

This is the 2nd card I made and I like it better than the first. I trimmed the top panel down so I could add a shimmery gold mat. Instead of using the rather large leaves that came with the die set, I cut the largest poinsettia piece from green paper to act as leaves.
