For Heidi's Sketch Challenge

I used 2 items from my (kept) Dec. KIAE kit--the stamped dragon (IBFS) & the ribbon--to help me create a piece for Heidi's sketch.

I fussycut the dragon & cut it into 2 parts. I put the ribbon band on the CS base, added the diecut that I found in my stash. I 'opened' the diecut using a a leaf punch (saved the punchouts to make the 'bow'. I colored the shape with stippled DI.

I used 2 diecuts to make the gears--a band for the ribbon--& individual gears to put here & there on the piece.

For the bow, I ran the leaves thru an EF coated with DI to emboss & color.
