Wedding - Favors, inner tag

Printed this tag and used Silhouette to cut. I tried using a slot punch, but accuracy not there and if I wasn't accurate, it wouldn't fit in the envelope!

The pink paper simulates the lottery ticket. I had my son-in-law buy a CO scratch off ticket and measure it for me before I made the favor envelopes.
