Foundations Decor Easter Bunny

I bought this wooden kit while I was vacationing in Colorado. It's by Foundations Decor. It was kind of fun for a change of pace to make a wooden project (but I still got to use paper!). I found a whitewash paint kit from Heidi Swapp at Tuesday morning for $1.99 so that's what I used to paint the bunny. It got a base coat of a warm gray color and then a cross-hatch of white with a kind of dry, stiff brush. Instead of inking the edges like the sample on the website, I used a little white paint on the edges of the paper covered parts.

Wooden bunny : Foundations Decor
Paper : Echo Park and Anna Griffin 6x6 pads
Paint : Heidi Swapp whitewash kit

TFL! Happy Easter!

This is soooo cute! I would love to do this kind of project. I may google the foundations decor. You did a great job. The whitewash paint looks good.
