WF16 Bingo Twist

Did this for the BINGO TWIST
My embellishments:
Net = 2 layers of glitter pattern tulle on a label base
Die Cut = Metal (embossed & colored with 2 StazOn inks)
Wahsi Tape Stamped & used to fill the diecut opening & as a border @ the bottom
Ribbon = Curling ribbon over ScorTape to border the washi & add a vertical line.

Nekkid lady stamped on craftfoam, fussycut & heat shrunk.

The washi tape is lemon yellow but scanned much lighter.
