Gesso Resist Flowers

This is the Hero Arts stamp I mentioned on the discussion thread that I was going to give a try. I still don't think the gesso resisted as much as it should, but I like the way it came out. I used Distress Inks in Squeezed Lemonade, Picked Raspberry and Ripe Persimmon.

The focal image is by Stampendous and stamped on acetate with Stazon. I made the bow with my bow it all.

I really like the way that type of stamp looks with the resist---very pretty. And I like the stamped silhouette image on the acetate....and the ribbon I LOVE with the stripes going through the sheer material! TFS!
