Christmas All Year 2015 - June

I'm so glad many of you are continuing to get a jump start on Christmas! 

I have a new challenge for June ...

Foil seems to be the rage lately, so how about adding foil to your Christmas cards? 

I encourage you to try the gold foils that are out there (Heidi Swapp, for Minc or Icraft Deco Foil).  Jennifer McGuire and Kens Kreations have some good youtube videos on ways to add that kind of foil to your projects.  You don't have to have a Minc.  If you'd rather, you can add shiny foil cardstock instead.

As always, prompts are just a suggestion.  Link up any Christmas cards made in June and please add them to the Christmas All Year 2015 album in the gallery.  Thanks for playing!

Cool prompt, Cindi!  Kitchen foil is neat to work with, too. DIs can tint it & backed with shipping label to add strength, it has lots of possibilities.

Hmmm. Might use foil in my new pieces for my June challenge--mask it twice (Yes. I'm shameless)

Here are my cards. I made 4 this month! Thanks for the prompt. I took out my foil papers that I have had for years and used them on 2 of the cards. It was fun playing with these foils again.

Daniel, I hadn't thought about kitchen foil when I came up with the prompt.  Good suggestion!

I'm not sure I have any foils but I do have aluminum foil. Great idea, Daniel!

Great cards! I am sorry to say that I think I won't get any done this month. I am hoping to get into the crafty Christmas mood in July!

The cards are beautiful as always!  I'm so wishing to have the wonderful jump start on Christmas that so many of you have, even if it's only one Nora, its a start! 

I doubt I will get a moment of Christmas in until after our daughter's wedding (August 7th).  It's coming so quickly!
