WF16 Standing Tall -- WINNER ANNOUNCED!!!!!!!!!!!
« on: January 18, 2016, 08:42:11 AM »
For this challenge you will be making a card that stands up for display. I call it a tower card. That is the reason for the challenge name "standing tall."  Just follow the instructions on my link below.. You will see the card I made and there is a link to the instructions on my blog. You do not have to have all the layers they have on their card unless you want to. My card only has one layer of pp. Please use one or more stamped images on your card. I hope you enjoy doing this! YES, you may combine this with other Winterfest16 challenges. Please upload your card into the gallery and head it WF16ST and link it here to this post so that we won't miss it! This challenge will run the full length of Winterfest. Here is the link. I will also be giving a random RAK.

What a nice looking card. I think it looks like a tower.  I think I am going to need to watch the video to figure this out.  Thanks for hosting!

Wow this is a fairly simple card yet it took quite a lot of time to finish.  I like the way it turned out except I might put a bottom in it and use it with candy in the center for hubby for Valentine's day.

Thank you for looking.

I tried this card.  Lots of layering, could be better.  I need to do several more before I get all those pieces even and centered, but my grandkids will not care.
I made it a birthday card, stamped cupcake and words.

This was a fun card to make, even though it did take me awhile!  Too bad there wasn't a challenge this fest for number of stamps used!

You can see my tower card here.

Our daughter finished grad school, thus the printed paper with note paper, fill in the oval test paper and pencils!  Yippee!  She passed her Certified Nurse Midwife boards and takes her boards for Women's Health Nurse Practitioner soon.

I will attach pics of side and back views below.
Thanks for hosting Stampwilly!

Here's my card.  I combined it with Material Girl, Impress Me and Stamp Your Ground.

Valentine's Tower

I've attached a picture of the paper I stamped for the panels.

I really enjoyed making this card and I'm definitely going to make some more.

I managed to finish 2 more cards.  One for my Christmas card stash and one is for my sister to give my cousin for her birthday.

Raccoon Christmas Card

Birthday Card

I've attached photos of the backs.  For the raccoon card, the stamps I used on the back are by Stampabillities, Inkadinkado, and I'm not sure the maker of the small snowflake and candy cane.
