Sarah-I have posted a card for your challenge.  Sometimes we truly have to plan where we are going to place a sentiment.  The background I used is truly one of those.  I used three background stamps so I left an open space.  I turned the script stamp sideways so to give more emphasis to the sentiment as well as color the background behind the sentiment a different color and finally I embossed the image.  Sometimes these extras can overpower and make the sentiment become more dominant than the focal point.  Here I feel I reached a good balance with the detailed background. Thanks for the challenge!
Here is my gallery post.....Thanks for looking!...Jan

Jan you did a great job balancing the background with the sentiment.  Thanks for playing.

Sarah, there was some kind of error when I first posted this.  Hope it goes thru ok this time.

I went very 'traditional' with my use of sentiments. And for good measure I made a dual duty card. Thank you Sarah for the assist! :smitten:

sentiment inside

Sorry it has taken me so long.  I had one heck of a Monday.  I used a random number generator to pick the winner, and the man of the hours is Daniel.  I've got your new address around here somewhere and will get you RAK out to some time this week.

Thanks everyone for playing.
