I was really boring and just did a couple of card sets. Just 6 cards in an acrylic card envelope box. They sell them at my local paper shop for just under a buck and they hold 6 cards (if they are not too, too embellished).
My family decided that the stocking gifts for next year, each person must include a hand made gift for everyone else and also a thrift shop gift! I love going to the thrift shops with my girlfriend...so that will be a fun challenge for me to try to find just the right thing. There is a $10.00 limit for those two gifts, so if thrift shop find is very reasonabley priced, then it leaves more room for the supplies for the homemade gift.
I hope this thread will keep going throughout the year, as many of us might just be working on our gifts all year long!!!
