Here is my card, Michael Strong butterfly stamp.  I stamped it in the same oxide ink and embossed.  Stamped word and added gems for direction.

Here are the links to my backgrounds and card. I loved this challenge! I have some very cheap baby wipes that I really want to use up because they are not very wet, but they were perfect for this challenge. I ran them through about 5 times and my backgrounds turned out great. I got these wipes at the grocery store (Ingles) - their brand (Laura Lynn). I am glad they were great for something! LOL! I also sent a card to the lady in my SS class who works in a nursing home with covid patients. She has a husband and 2 children at home. I know she must be very stressed out.

Here is my first card, it is going to my nephews wife who just lost her sister to pancreatic cancer yesterday.  Of all the backgrounds I liked the softness of this one for a sympathy card.

This first one is for an upcoming birthday for a friend, I didn't care for the color I used on the bottom half so I covered it with a punched border

The second is also for our Christmas challenge, I thought this stencil Cindi sent after my name was drawn from one of our challenge weeks looked like a quilt block. This one won't be going out until Christmas but it will be used this year :)

Connie, so sorry to hear of your nephew’s loss.  You made a beautiful sympathy card.

Connie, I was wondering if you got the Gemini to work for this or if you used the Cuddlebug?

Also, I have two more cards done and two more backgrounds. I hope to share these in the near future! This was a great challenge, thanks for offering it!

Thanks Connie!

And I am a little late on this too, but I just sent out 3 cards.  One to my mom, one to a nephew and one to my friend who recently moved so she will get mail in her new mailbox.

Aww, nice to have happy mail waiting at a new address!  Thanks everyone for trying this challenge!  I did it ahead of time so didn’t remember specifics.  Sounds like cheap, dry-ish baby wipes are key!  I appreciate your experimentation.  Love the results!

Glad you are using your backgrounds Heidi!  They look really nice on your cards.
