Thanks for using the prompts April! You have an awesome collection of cards.
Having recently made cards that used "splattering", I need to look, because I bet I have that SU dots stamp or one like it. I love the snow it made. During Stamp Joy I was trying to watch the "live" video and make the card. I set up my "splat box" in front of my laptop ... short side up, and of course splatters went right over the top, with a few on the screen and some on the keyboard. So, for the next splattered card, I moved further in front of the laptop and made sure to have the higher side up. I got splatters on my tee shirt and a few on my jeans! After that I changed my shirt to one that I previously splattered, so as not to ruin another shirt!

I bought this tree die last year on sale and I hadn't used it yet so I thought it would be perfect for the green challenge. I ended up making four, trying different colored cardstock in different layers trying to find one I liked the best.

Great way to try out your greens Connie! Your cards came out really nice. I think we were on vacation when you posted. I left a comment on my favorite with the wood background. These look like a lot of work! I always think die cutting will be fast, but it's not all that fast. You fiddled with a lot of teeny tiny ornament dies! Good idea to make these now rather than in December.

Yes Cindi they did take a lot of time, the trees were surprisingly easy to put together but yes I agree time consuming, not a last minute card that is for sure.
