I like your project, Cindi. It looks interesting. I am glad you were able to use a lot of your alcohol pieces! Thanks for doing my challenge!
I also did not get any color to come off. But I will double check also.

I definitely have specks on mine, but I didn't notice anything rubbing off, but maybe if I rubbed hard enough. Getting the paper completely wet seemed to rough up and loosen the fibers of the paper, so it would rub off more easily, kwim?

April suggested nail polish instead of alcohol ink. Now I did that once before, so had to give it a try again. Used glossy paper. Since still working on Halloween cards, that is the card I made with the nail polish background
