My first thought was, huh, grey. ???

At least it is distinct from existing colors unlike some of the other new releases.

It is definitely distressy, and I was surprised how different it actually was from Pumice Stone (which I have, and considered grey before...)

But I am not all excited about grey, myself...

Not bad for a grey/gray. I like having a good grey to tone down bright colors. This ain't the worst new DI I've seen so far.

I like this one.  I have gotten the first 3 but not #4 or #5, but I am thinking about getting this one.  I always thought pumice stone was a grey too until I see it compared to the new color.  LOL

I have been getting each one of the new color markers.  That way I can test them out, and see if they are different enough to warrant buying the ink pads.  But I know I am short on grays, so I will get this one.

I am excited about this one! I have been wanting a black grey and this one looks to fit the bill!!

I too use pumice stone for grey and I have always thought it was a brown grey....a few months ago I noticed I could use Weathered Wood as a grey but that is a blue grey.....and I just got Iced Spruce last month so I haven't got to use it much to see how it is as a grey...

Despite my initial comment, I do think this might make a good grey.  I was actually thinking about getting Pumice Stone because I want a grey but I think I may get this one instead.
