Christmas All Year - February 2019
« on: February 05, 2019, 03:59:14 PM »
Sorry I'm late!  I'm finally up and at 'em and done with the flu!

This month's letter is

B

Your prompt is to use a technique or theme starting with the letter B.

Here are the word lists again, if you need some ideas.
Secular Christmas Words
Another Christmas word list

I hope you get some cards made this month!

Guess what reminded me I needed to put up the prompt for February?  I finally made some Christmas cards and had nowhere to post them!

My cards were made using the alcohol ink emboss resist backgrounds from Connie's Winterfest challenge.  Yay!  4 cards done!

I'm calling the ones with the Hero Arts "Flourish Pine" Boughs.  I'll call the other one Birch.  They all used a background technique.  Ha!  It's my challenge and I'll stretch it if I want to!

Here are my cards.

Daria, I saw your comment asking to case my Winterfest card.  Go right ahead, as long as you don't send to any of my relatives!

Doesn’t fit the theme, but here is a card!

I need to think of some B words, or consult the list!

No problem about the theme.  I really like your card!  The little trees are perfect, colored so cute and they let the background shine.

Wonderful cards for the "B" prompt, April!  Thanks for using the prompt.  Great idea to use the Bokeh technique for a snowy winter sky!  And birds ... I know I have a Christmas bird or two ... thanks for the idea.

You did a great job coloring the birds!  Thanks for following the B prompt.  Hooray for making your goal of 5 cards!
