Snowman Christmas in July

Card size is 5x7.
For the background piece, I heat embossed snowflakes (inkadinkado) with clear embossing powder on to some watercolor paper. I rubbed gelatos on to the paper and used a damp baby wipe to blend the color. Once dry, I rubbed over the snowflakes with a paper towel to remove the gelatos. The image is one I got in a RAK, I think its from Stampin Up. I colored it with distress markers. Sentiment is from Stampabilities. TFL :-)
