Polar Christmas

For the A prompt I used an alcohol ink background. I fussy cut the bear by Stampendous and adhered him to the background. I punched a snowflake and added glitter and an enamel dot. The saying is from Sparkle N Sprinkle. Ribbon was added at the bottom.
