Winter Holiday Cards in July Challenge - 2019

Stamped image (C.C. Designs), and colored with Copics. Applied Stickles to snow. Adhered image with foam tape to patterned paper panel, then white card base. Added buttons and star embellishments. I made two cards using this image. TFL.
