Stocking Hats!

I made the background by tapping blue and purple stamp pads on an acrylic block and then spritzing the block with water. I stamped the block on watercolor paper. The block was this shape. The stamps are very old stamps from the Angel Company. I added some color to the hats with glitter gel pens. The saying is from Cardz TV.
