INF14 2nd chance - Lighten up challenge card 2

This is the other card I made encase my first Lighten Up challenge card did not count since I used Versamark instead of ink to stamp over the BG.

Inked up BG stamp with distress ink; stamped off on paper; spritzer with water and stamped onto WC paper. Stamped image stamp and sentiment and adhered to card base with raffia tie on side.
